Application for High-Precision Gear Metering Pumps in the Coating Industry
The core requirement of the coating industry is to deliver a stable, quantitative amount of fluid to a coating head (such as a comma blade, micro-concave roller, or slot die) according to a preset process. Different application scenarios have different requirements for pumps. 

1. Lithium Battery Pole Sheet Coating (Core Scenario for New Energy)
Lithium battery pole sheets (positive/negative) require a high-viscosity slurry (50%-70% solids content, 1,000-100,000 cP viscosity, containing solid particles such as graphite and lithium salts) to be evenly coated onto metal foil (copper/aluminum foil). The coating thickness tolerance must be controlled within ±2μm (otherwise, battery capacity and safety will be affected).

2. Functional Coating of Films/Papers (Packaging, Electronics)

In coating BOPP films (packaging films), optical films (mobile phone screen protectors), and specialty papers (anti-counterfeiting paper, release paper), low- to medium-viscosity functional coatings (such as water repellents, antimicrobial agents, and adhesives, with viscosities ranging from 10 to 1000 cP) are required. The coating must be uniform in thickness (with a tolerance of <±1%) and free of bubbles or streaks.
