As a positive displacement pump, its output flow rate is directly related only to gear speed and gear module (volumetric efficiency), and is independent of outlet pressure fluctuations. Under normal operating conditions, flow rate fluctuations can be controlled within ±1%, significantly lower than screw conveyors (±5%-±10%), effectively ensuring thickness uniformity and consistent physical properties of downstream products (such as chemical fibers and films).

2. Efficiently convey high-viscosity melts

To address the high viscosity of molten polymer materials (such as PET, PP, and PVC), the pump utilizes a "large tooth width, low speed" design. Combined with high-temperature, wear-resistant gear material, this reduces shear heating during melt production and prevents material degradation. It also achieves high-lift conveying (outlet pressures up to 35 MPa), meeting the needs of long-distance pipeline transportation or high-pressure molding.
