1. Q1: What is the guaranteed metering accuracy? Will variations in oil temperature affect precision?

A: For standard models, the repeatability is ±0.5%; for servo-configured models, it can reach ±0.3%. Within the oil temperature range of -20°C to 180°C, the error fluctuation remains within ±1%. For high-temperature operating conditions, a customized version with optimized internal clearances is available.

2. Q2: Is it possible to pump high-viscosity grease?

A: Yes. For grease with a viscosity of ≥50,000 cps, we utilize large-modulus gears combined with a widened pump body. The rotational speed is reduced to 10–50 rpm, and a pressure-assisted feeding mechanism is installed at the inlet.

3. Q3: Can the port connections be customized to the FS40 standard? What is the lead time?

A: We support customization for FS40 connections as well as non-standard flanges. For standard displacement models, in-stock items ship within 3–7 days; for customized models, the lead time is 15–20 business days.
