1. High load-bearing capacity and durability

Cast iron materials have excellent compression and impact resistance, can withstand large loads and frequent start-stop conditions, and are suitable for heavy-duty scenarios.

The gear structure is reasonably designed, the transmission is stable, and the service life is long.

2. Wear and corrosion resistance

The surface of cast iron can be heat treated (such as carburizing, quenching) or plated to significantly improve wear resistance; some cast iron materials (such as ductile iron) also have certain corrosion resistance and are suitable for humid or dusty environments.

3. Compact structure and high transmission efficiency

The gear transmission structure is compact, occupies little space, and has a high transmission efficiency (usually more than 95%), which is suitable for scenarios that require precise power distribution, such as material transportation and mechanical automation systems.
