Synchronous flow divider use precautions

● The synchronous flow divider should be installed on the platform without the need for additional foot mounting. Avoid vibration and noise.
●  When a cavity of the synchronous flow divider does not participate in the work, the cavity cannot be blocked. In this case, the working cavity should be emptied, and a one-way back pressure valve should be installed in the pipeline (the pressure is adjusted to be approximately equal to the load pressure, and the outlet is connected. Return oil);
●  Before the synchronous flow divider is used, the pressure of the relief valve on the synchronous motor should be adjusted to an appropriate value (adjusted according to the pressure setting of the synchronous motor). When adjusting the relief valve on the synchronous motor, the relief valves of the respective chambers should be evenly adjusted together, and should not be adjusted indiscriminately, nor can they be directly adjusted.
