Main features

The miniature gear pump is a fluid delivery unit composed of a micro pump head, driver and motor.

It is especially suitable for various liquid media (corrosive, toxic, easy flammable and explosive, hydraulic) transportation,sampling, circulation, shunting, spraying, flushing, pouring, cooling and lubrication. 

 

Working principles 

Fluid enters the pump via the inlet and fills the space between the gears.

As the gears rotate, fluid will be contained in the space formed by two gears and internal pump wall.

The fluid is brought to the outlet side by the turning gears where they mesh.

This meshing process forces the fluid out of the pump through the outlet.

The established pressure is dependent on the pump size, gear clearance and pump rotating speed.

2. 304 or 306 stainless steel pump body (required requirements), PEEK, PTFE, PPS gear, with self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, organic solvent resistance, high strength and friction resistance

3. Mechanical seal, no leakage.

5. The motor replacement is flexible, and various motors can be replaced according to actual needs.
