Structural Features (Unique Jacketed Design)
1. Full-Cavity Double Jacketing: The pump body, end cover, and flanges feature an integral hollow jacket design, allowing for temperature control via the circulation of steam, thermal oil, hot water, or cold water. An optional independent insulation jacket is available for the seal area to prevent media condensation and solidification at the shaft head.
2. Uniform Heat Exchange in Flow Channels: The jacket flow channels have been optimized to ensure a temperature differential of ≤±2°C across the entire pump cavity, eliminating localized cold spots where media might solidify. This ensures that the media inside the pump remains at a constant temperature even during shutdown, preventing solidification and pump blockage.
3. Modular Structure: Inlet and outlet connections offer a choice of G-thread, NPT-thread, Flange, or custom FS40 non-standard interfaces. The design facilitates easy disassembly and assembly, and is compatible with variable frequency, servo, or explosion-proof drive systems.
