Polyurethane-Insulated Gear Pump
The pump features an integrated thermal insulation jacket, 316 stainless steel wetted parts, and high-precision meshing gears. This design maintains a constant temperature-preventing the adhesive from cooling, thickening, crystallizing, or solidifying and clogging the pump chamber-while ensuring precise, constant-volume metering. It is widely used in production lines for polyurethane foaming, composite coating, automotive adhesive application, panel edge banding, and resin casting.

The pump casing is cast as a single, hollow-jacketed unit featuring dedicated inlet and outlet ports for thermal oil, high-temperature steam, or hot water. The circulating heating medium fully envelops the flow chambers, gear cavity, and inlet/outlet passages, maintaining a constant temperature around the polyurethane material throughout the system. This sustained thermal insulation during shutdowns prevents the material from cooling, solidifying, or adhering to the walls and clogging the pump, thereby eliminating the need for frequent disassembly and cleaning.
