Heat preservation asphalt gear metering pumps are designed for conveying the medium that thickens, solidifies or crystallizes at room temperature, but maintains a certain temperature and is easy to flow, such as asphalt, paraffin, pine oil, heavy oil, resin and similar liquids, and the temperature is not higher than 280℃.
The jacketed gear metering pump is a precision positive-displacement metering pump featuring a thermal-jacketing structure. It is primarily designed for conveying media that tend to solidify, possess high viscosity, or crystallize at ambient temperatures. By circulating thermal oil, steam, or hot water through the external jacket, it facilitates constant-temperature conveyance while simultaneously ensuring high-precision metering.
