The thermal-oil-heated gear metering pump is a constant-temperature, quantitative transfer device specifically designed for paraffin wax and modified rosin.
Featuring an integrated jacketed heating chamber within the pump body, it allows for circulating thermal oil to maintain the material at its molten, flowable temperature throughout the process, thereby preventing issues such as solidification, crystallization, and pump clogging at ambient temperatures.
Equipped with a high-precision meshing gear mechanism, the pump ensures stable, quantitative transfer and accurate proportioning under constant-temperature conditions; it is widely used for rosin feeding, quantitative transfer, and precise dosing in production lines for resin synthesis, hot-melt adhesives, coatings, inks, and papermaking sizing agents.
