It is specifically designed for media that are prone to solidification at ambient temperatures, possess high viscosity, or require constant-temperature thermal insulation. By maintaining a constant temperature throughout the pump chamber, it prevents material crystallization, agglomeration, and pump blockages caused by sudden viscosity spikes, while ensuring ultra-high metering accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1%. It is widely used for the precise transfer and quantitative proportioning of high-temperature chemical materials such as polyurethane, hot-melt adhesives, resins, asphalt, paraffin wax, polyols, and isocyanates.
