The chemical fiber spinning gear metering pump can deliver the spinning melt to the spinning assembly evenly and in equal amounts. The melt is delivered through the meshing of a pair of high-precision involute gears, so that the spinning melt obtains spinning pressure and is pressed out from the outlet hole after metering, ensuring that the melt or solution can overcome the resistance of the spinning assembly and spray out from the capillary holes of the spinneret to form a fiber with uniform linear density.

 Operating Principle (Positive Displacement Precision Metering)
1. Suction: As the gears rotate, the volume of the tooth spaces at the inlet increases, creating negative pressure; the melt is drawn in and fills the spaces between the teeth.
2. Conveying: The melt is carried within the tooth spaces along the inner wall of the pump chamber toward the outlet; the meshing zone ensures isolation, resulting in no backflow and no pulsation (pulsation rate for helical gears < 1%).
3. Metered Discharge: The displacement per revolution is fixed (determined by tooth profile, module, and face width); the outlet pressure rises to 15–20 MPa, and the melt is steadily delivered to the spinning assembly.
