Magnetic Coupling Gear Pump

The magnetic drive pump mainly consists of a pump head, a magnetic drive, an electric motor, a connecting base plate and other parts.
The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump is composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve.

When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller.

Synchronous rotation realizes contactless synchronous transmission of power, transforming the dynamic sealing structure that is prone to leakage into a static sealing structure with zero leakage.

Magnetic sealing is a sealing method that uses magnetic force to attract two sealing surfaces together.

Advantages of pumps

1. Since the magnetic gear pump works by driving the gear to rotate through an energized coil, in order to maintain the stability and noise of the gear rotation, a high-performance shaft and sleeve are used to achieve high precision and effectively reduce rotation resistance and noise.

2. Since the sliding bearings of the magnetic pump are lubricated by the transported medium, different materials should be used to make the bearings according to different media and usage conditions.
