Reinforced Stainless Steel High Viscosity Gear Metering Pump

The working principle of the stainless steel high-viscosity gear metering pump is to transfer the material from the pump inlet to the pump outlet through a closed gear space formed by a pair of meshing gears and the pump body, and at the outlet, the meshing of the gears makes the closed space smaller, so that the material is squeezed out of the pump body.
 

This structural feature makes the gear pump suitable for conveying and metering high-viscosity fluids.

It overcomes the phenomenon of reduced pump efficiency, inaccurate metering and even inability to work caused by the one-way valve on the plunger, diaphragm and other reciprocating pumps when the material viscosity is high and the adhesion and poor closure.

Sealing: packing seal, single and double mechanical seal

Installation: motor installation, footing installation

Pressure: 1-100bar (depending upon viscosity)

Viscosity: up to 1000000cps

Temperature: -18-200℃ (explain it before selection if the temperature is over 90℃)
