Notes on Operation of PEEK Acid & Alkali Gear Pump

1. Do not transport hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid or molten alkali metal, which will damage PEEK material.

2. Install a filter if the medium contains solid particles to prevent abrasion and blockage.

3. Long-term working temperature shall not exceed 150℃; peak temperature ≤ 220℃. Avoid sudden temperature change.

4. Never operate beyond the rated pressure (Max 40 bar). Overpressure operation is forbidden.

5. Dry running is strictly prohibited. Fill liquid before startup for lubrication.

6. Do not start/stop the pump frequently. Run jog test first after long shutdown.

7. Drain residual corrosive liquid completely if the pump is out of service for a long time.

8. Check seals and wearing parts regularly for stable operation.
