Composite Material Positive Displacement Pumps

The core components of the pump body (gears, side plates, etc.) are made of PEEK composite material, offering performance far superior to traditional metals and ordinary engineering plastics:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Highly resistant to corrosive media such as strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and salt solutions. It does not swell or age, and can safely transport sulfonic acid curing agents in furan processes, acid and alkali waste liquids in the chemical industry, and electrolytes in the lithium battery industry.
2. High and low temperature resistance: The long-term operating temperature range can reach -5℃~60℃, with even higher short-term temperature resistance. It maintains structural stability in high-temperature media transportation or extreme low-temperature environments, without the risk of deformation or failure.
3. Excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication: PEEK composite material has a low coefficient of friction and self-lubricating properties, eliminating the need for additional lubricants, reducing component wear, and extending equipment life;
4. Non-polluting: Pure PEEK material meets FDA certification standards, is non-toxic and odorless, and does not release impurities. It can be used for the transportation of clean media such as pharmaceutical intermediates and food additives, avoiding secondary pollution.

Inlet pressure: normal pressure ~0.7MPa (absolute pressure)

Outlet pressure: 0~1MPa (absolute pressure, depends on viscosity)

When the inlet and outlet pressure is lower than normal pressure, please indicate this when selecting the model!

Viscosity：0.5~5000 CPs

Temperature：-5~60℃
