Its core components are made of high-polymer PEEK composite material, achieving strong corrosion resistance, high precision, long service life, and zero leakage. It is widely used in resin sand curing, fine chemicals, dyes, surfactants, and other fields.

Corrosion Resistance: The composite material is completely resistant to almost all sulfonic acid media, including p-benzenesulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, alkylbenzenesulfonic acid, and sulfonic acid curing agents. It does not corrode, swell, or deform, and its service life is 5-10 times that of metal pumps.

2. High-Precision Metering + Low Pulsation: Precision-molded composite gears achieve a metering accuracy of ±0.5%, with excellent linearity between speed and flow rate.

3. High Viscosity Compatibility: Capable of conveying high-viscosity sulfonic acid media of 1-5,000 cP; jacket heating further enhances fluidity and prevents media solidification.
