Product Introduction

The stainless steel gear pump is a positive displacement pump that utilizes the meshing of a gear pair to create sealed cavities; changes in cavity volume drive the intake and discharge of the medium. The output flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed and remains stable despite fluctuations in inlet or outlet pressure, offering both transfer and precise metering capabilities.

 

Wetted parts are constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance suitable for most mild acids, alkalis, and solvents. Sealing options include mechanical seals, while magnetic drive models ensure zero leakage. A thermal insulation jacket is also available for circulation with heat-transfer oil or steam, preventing high-viscosity media from cooling and solidifying.

 

The pump can be paired with servo, stepper, or variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors, allowing for precise flow control via speed adjustment. It handles a wide range of media, from low-viscosity solvents to high-viscosity resins, adhesives, polymers, and asphalt. Featuring a compact, high-pressure-resistant design and easy maintenance, the pump is widely used in applications such as chemical ingredient blending, reactor discharge, circulation, precision dosing, and pipeline boosting.
