Operating Principle

A pair of high-precision meshing gears operates with tight tolerances within the pump chamber:

1. Inlet side: As the gears disengage, the increasing volume creates negative pressure, drawing in the medium;
2. The medium is trapped between the gear teeth and the pump casing, then conveyed along the casing's inner periphery;
3. Outlet side: As the gears re-mesh, the volume between the teeth decreases, forcibly discharging the medium;
A fixed volume of fluid is discharged per revolution; flow rate can be precisely controlled by adjusting the rotational speed. Minimal internal clearances reduce backflow (internal slip), ensuring metering accuracy.
