1. Installation Notes

Do not reverse the inlet and outlet oil ports, otherwise the machine will lose synchronization function.

It can be installed horizontally or vertically. Make sure the inner cavity is fully filled with hydraulic oil to avoid air bubbles.

Keep pipelines clean before connection; metal scraps and dirt will wear internal gears.

Fix the divider tightly to reduce vibration during long-time running.

2. Medium & Pressure Rules

Only use 46# or 68# anti-wear mineral hydraulic oil. Do not use water-based liquid or corrosive fluid.

Do not exceed the peak pressure 25MPa for a long time; overload will damage cast iron housing and internal parts.

Keep oil temperature between 20℃–60℃; overheat increases leakage and reduces synchronization accuracy.
