Cast Steel Gear Flow Divider
Cast iron gear type synchronous flow divider adopts high-strength ductile iron housing and precision alloy steel gear set. It is a hydraulic synchronous component to equally distribute single hydraulic oil flow into multiple equal-flow oil circuits, forcing multiple hydraulic cylinders to extend and retract synchronously with high synchronization accuracy and strong impact resistance.

Application of Cast Iron Synchronous Flow Divider on Hydraulic Breakout Unit
Single high-pressure oil from hydraulic power unit enters the inlet of cast iron synchronous flow divider. Internal synchronous gears equally split oil into two identical flow circuits to supply left and right clamping cylinders of breakout unit. Equal oil volume ensures synchronous clamping and releasing of dual cylinders. During high torque make-up & breakout operation, cast iron housing stably bears instantaneous peak hydraulic pressure and maintains synchronous movement all the time.
