Gear hydraulic synchronous flow divider is a key component used in hydraulic systems to achieve synchronous action of multiple actuators.

Typically, a gear design employs multiple sets of independent cavities, tightly connected by a common main shaft. This ensures consistent speed across the cavities during operation, resulting in even oil distribution. Some gear hydraulic synchronizing manifolds offer a modular design, enabling flexible combinations of single, double, and multiple pumps to suit diverse application scenarios.

Typical application

1. Multiple control oil cylinder or motor as a balancing device.

2. As the flow distribution device, distribute the pump output flow according to system requirements.

3. As supercharging device, make one of an outlet pressure of shunt exceeds the output pressure of the pump.

4. High synchronization accuracy: High processing accuracy enables the synchronization error of the gear synchronous diverter to be controlled within ±1.5%~2.5%

Synchronous flow divider use precautions

● The synchronous flow divider should be installed on the platform without the need for additional foot mounting. Avoid vibration and noise.
●  When a cavity of the synchronous flow divider does not participate in the work, the cavity cannot be blocked. In this case, the working cavity should be emptied, and a one-way back pressure valve should be installed in the pipeline (the pressure is adjusted to be approximately equal to the load pressure, and the outlet is connected. Return oil);
●  Before the synchronous flow divider is used, the pressure of the relief valve on the synchronous motor should be adjusted to an appropriate value (adjusted according to the pressure setting of the synchronous motor). When adjusting the relief valve on the synchronous motor, the relief valves of the respective chambers should be evenly adjusted together, and should not be adjusted indiscriminately, nor can they be directly adjusted.
