E Series Gear Metering Pump
The jacketed gear metering pump is a specialized positive-displacement pump based on the precision gear metering pump, featuring an integrated thermal insulation jacket.
The pump body is equipped with an external jacket that allows for the circulation of heat transfer media-such as thermal oil, hot water, or steam-to regulate temperature and prevent the pumped medium from solidifying, undergoing a sharp rise in viscosity, or experiencing crystallization and separation due to cooling.
Constructed with a stainless steel body, it offers precise metering and stable operation; it is specifically designed for media that are prone to solidification or possess high viscosity and require constant-temperature transport, making it widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, building materials, asphalt, resins, and oils/fats.

Selection Criteria
1. Temperature Control Requirements: Select a heating mode (hot water, steam, or thermal oil) based on the medium's solidification point or the process temperature.
2. Medium Properties: For high-viscosity media or those containing trace particulates, choose wear-resistant gears; for corrosive media, prioritize 316L stainless steel.
3. Pressure and Flow Rate: Match the pump model and motor power based on pipeline pressure and the rated dosing flow rate.
Seal Selection: Magnetic seals are recommended for high-temperature, volatile, or toxic media.
