Working principle of high viscosity magnetic pump
The motor drives the outer magnetic rotor, which, through magnetic field coupling, drives the inner magnetic rotor to rotate synchronously.
The inner magnetic rotor is connected to the driving gear shaft, driving the outer and inner gears to mesh with each other.
When the gears mesh, negative pressure is created at the suction end, drawing liquid in.
As the gears rotate, the liquid is carried to the discharge end, where it is forced out of the pump body, completing the liquid delivery process.

4. Stability: With a volumetric efficiency exceeding 90%, the pump boasts stable flow and minimal pulsation, making it suitable for high-viscosity media with viscosities up to 10,000 mPa·s.
