Based on the principle of positive displacement conveying, glue is conveyed through the rotation of a pair of meshing gears.

As the gears rotate in the specified direction, the volume between the teeth in the suction chamber gradually disengages, increasing and creating a partial vacuum. The pressure differential draws the one-component polyurethane glue into the suction chamber.

As the gears rotate, the glue is drawn from both sides into the delivery area. In the discharge chamber, the two gears gradually engage, reducing the volume and squeezing the glue between the gears to the discharge port and into the outlet pipe.
