Specification of pumps

Pump body: Modified PEEK
Gears: Modified PEEK
Bearings: Silicon carbide (SiC) (standard configuration; wear-resistant and solvent-resistant)
Seals: PTFE-encapsulated O-rings or FFKM (perfluoroelastomer). Standard FKM (fluororubber), EPDM, or silicone rubber must not be used, as they will swell and fail.
Gaskets: PTFE
Drive mechanism: Magnetic drive (sealless) to eliminate shaft seal leakage, thereby preventing risks such as methanol vapor poisoning or fire. If a mechanical seal is used, it must be a dual-mechanical seal configuration with a barrier/flush fluid system.
