Like conventional gear pumps, this pump delivers media through the rotation of a pair of high-precision meshing gears.
The flow rate is strictly proportional to the gear speed, allowing precise adjustment of delivery volume by controlling the speed.
Metering accuracy typically reaches ±0.5%, meeting the critical requirement of "precise proportioning" in polyurethane production.

Polyurethane media (especially prepolymers) often contain reactive ingredients such as isocyanates, which can easily react with metals and ordinary rubber.
Key pump components (gears, pump chamber, and seals) are often made of 316L stainless steel, while seals are made of fluororubber (FKM) or perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) to prevent the media from sticking to the pump body and contamination by metal ions.
