Small Hydraulic Pump

The small-flow hydraulic gear metering pump operates through a pair of meshing gears, one a driving gear and the other a driven gear. When the driving gear rotates, driven by a motor, the driven gear also meshes and rotates. During rotation, as the gear teeth gradually disengage from the suction chamber, the enclosed volume between the teeth increases, creating a partial vacuum. Liquid is drawn into the suction chamber under the pressure difference. As the gears continue to rotate, the liquid is propelled forward by the space between the gears and the pump casing, entering the discharge chamber. In the discharge chamber, the two gears gradually mesh, the volume decreases, and the liquid is squeezed out of the discharge port, thus achieving liquid delivery and accurate metering.

1. High-precision metering: Metering accuracy reaches approximately ±0.3%, enabling precise control of liquid flow rate and meeting various high-precision quantitative addition requirements.

2. Wide applicability: It can measure a wide range of media viscosity, typically operating at viscosities below 10 million C.p., and also has a wide measurable temperature range, with a maximum temperature of 280℃.

3. Pulsation-free: Flow rate is pulsation-free during operation, providing stable flow output and reducing the impact on subsequent processes.

4. Compact structure: Small size, light weight, and small footprint, facilitating installation and integration into various devices.
