Cast Iron Pump AB Glue Gear Metering Pump

Cast 304 stainless steel wetted body resists corrosion from two-component AB glue, curing agent and resin, preventing glue contamination.

Precision ground gears provide high metering accuracy with linear flow output to realize accurate glue ratio. Optional heating jacket avoids glue solidification under low temperature.

Fitted with PTFE anti-corrosion mechanical seal for zero leakage. Matched with servo or VFD motor for 24h automatic glue supply, widely used in electronic potting, craft dispensing and composite injection lines.

Easy disassembly and cleaning without residual glue dead space, ideal for all medium & high viscosity two-part adhesives.
