2-way synchronous hydraulic flow divider distributes a single flow of hydraulic fluid—either in equal amounts or at a fixed ratio—to two actuators (hydraulic cylinders or motors) to achieve synchronized lifting or rotation. It is commonly utilized in applications such as dual-cylinder leveling, synchronized dual-roller operation, and hydraulic opening and closing mechanisms.

Synchronous flow divider can use various mineral oil working media, and specially sealed synchronous flow divider can use working media such as water glycol, phosphate ester and emulsion.

Precautions for use:

The synchronous flow divider is installed on the platform and does not the platform with additional feet to avoid vibration and noise.
It is recommended to choose a hose connection for the inlet and outlet oil pipes.
When a cavity in the synchronous flow divider does not participate in the work, the cavity cannot be blocked. At this time, the cavity that does not participate in the work needs to be emptied.

Working Principle：
Internally, two hydraulic motors of identical displacement are rigidly coupled to a single common shaft:
Incoming oil drives the gears/rotors to rotate.
Since both the displacement and rotational speed are identical, the flow rates of the two output channels are essentially equal.
This ensures that the speeds of the two actuators remain consistent, thereby achieving a synchronization effect.

1. Synchronization accuracy typically falls within the range of ±1.5%, meeting the requirements of most general-purpose equipment.
2. High pressure resistance; common pressure ratings include 220 bar, 250 bar, and 280 bar.

4. Relatively sensitive to eccentric loading; excessive load differentials may compromise synchronization accuracy.
5. Suitable for applications such as hydraulic lifting platforms, synchronized pushing systems, synchronized mold opening and closing mechanisms, sanitation equipment, and more.
