Pneumatic Flow Divider
Product Description
According to flow rate, our flow divider into 4 series: UD, UW, UL, UG; UD, UW series are made of aluminum alloy or cast iron. UL, UG series are made of cast iron.
Compared with aluminum alloy motor, cast iron hydraulic synchronous shunt motor has the following Advantages:
1. Many industries do not accept aluminum alloy materials, such as the shipping industry.
2. Cast iron motor noise is lower than aluminum alloy motor's when it running in a low speed
Advantages
1.More accurate: accuracy tolerance: ±1.5 ~ 2.5%( collecting valve: ± 4 ~ 5%),
2.More efficient, is not sensitive to oil viscosity, strong ability to resist pollution.
3.UD, UW, UL, UG series gear flow dividers divide a flow into as many as twelve portions.
4.The division ratios are constant and are unaffected by the loads at the actuators.
5.They can be used to provide synchronised movement of unequally loaded cylinders.
6.Several hydraulic motors can be driven at the same speed, irrespective of their external loads.
