Hydraulic Cast Iron Gear Flow Divider
This cast-iron gear-type synchronous flow divider (hydraulic flow divider) consists of multiple gear motor units rigidly connected on a common shaft. It achieves forced mechanical synchronization-unaffected by pressure differentials at the outlets-by splitting a single inlet flow into multiple streams of equal or proportional output, thereby driving multiple hydraulic cylinders or motors to operate in perfect synchronization (e.g., simultaneous lifting, extending, or retracting).
The unit features a high-strength cast-iron housing that offers exceptional rigidity and resistance to vibration and impact, making it suitable for demanding high-pressure, heavy-load applications. It supports integrated relief valves and make-up check valves, as well as multi-section configurations (ranging from 2 to 12 sections) for either equal or proportional flow division. It is widely used in hydraulic synchronization systems for various types of heavy-duty construction machinery
