By maintaining precise temperature control, it ensures the fluidity of the medium while simultaneously guaranteeing high-precision metering.

It is widely utilized in applications involving resins, adhesives, asphalt, paraffin, hot-melt adhesives, honey, greases, and similar substances.

Heating Methods
1. Jacketed Heating
The pump body, front and rear covers, and gear chamber are fitted with a double-layer jacket through which thermal oil or steam circulates; alternatively, internal electric heating elements can be directly embedded.

2.  Electric Trace Heating
Electric heating tapes are wrapped around the outer wall of the pump body and covered with an insulation layer, ensuring more uniform temperature control and simple installation.
