Usage and Maintenance Points

1. Avoid dry running and cavitation: Ensure the pump chamber is full of medium before starting. When starting at low temperatures, reduce the speed of the variable frequency motor to minimize the risk of cavitation.

2. Regularly maintain seals and clearances: Select appropriate seals according to the medium temperature. For example, use FKM fluororubber seals for high-temperature conditions. Regularly check the end face clearance. If the clearance is too large due to wear, adjust or replace parts promptly to prevent further leakage.

3. Control temperature rise: High-viscosity media are prone to viscous shear heat during transportation. The oil temperature must be controlled through the outlet cooling circuit to prevent a sudden drop in medium viscosity from affecting metering accuracy and to protect the seals from high-temperature damage.
