PEEK Chemical Dosing Pumps

PEEK chemical gear metering pumps are external-engagement, positive-displacement precision metering pumps. Their wetted parts-including the gears, pump body, and shafts-are constructed from PEEK (polyether ether ketone), a high-performance engineering plastic. Available with an optional magnetic drive, these pumps offer exceptional corrosion resistance, ensure zero metal-ion contamination, and provide high-precision, quantitative fluid delivery. They are specifically designed for the precise dosing, proportioning, and circulating of highly corrosive organic solvents, acids, and alkaline media in sectors such as fine chemicals, new energy, and pharmaceuticals.

Operating Principle

A pair of precision external-meshing PEEK gears rotate within the pump chamber. As the gears turn, the medium is drawn into the tooth spaces and transported from the inlet to the outlet. Metering is achieved through constant-volume displacement. The flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed; by adjusting the speed via a servo or variable-frequency motor, the output flow can be precisely controlled with minimal pulsation. The magnetically driven version eliminates dynamic seals, ensuring zero leakage of the medium.
