Product overview
1. Polymer polyurethane pump, the pump body and gear shaft are made of polymer polyester material, which has super corrosion resistance and is resistant to almost all acids, alkalis and salts.
2. Use mechanical seal or magnetic seal to ensure zero leakage.
3. The shaft sleeve made of special composite material ensures its super self-lubricating properties.
4. Special fluid lubrication channel design and independent seal lubrication
Furan process and gear pump selection
In the furan process, the amount of resin added is generally 0.8-1.5% (accounting for the weight of the sand), and the amount of sulfonic acid curing agent is generally 30-70% (accounting for the weight of the resin). A continuous or intermittent sand mixer is used first. Mix the sand and the sulfonic acid curing agent evenly, then add the resin and mix evenly. The sand mixing time is generally 5 to 80 seconds. After mixing, the sand is immediately used.
Intermittent conveying of materials can easily cause uneven mixing of the curing agent and resin sand, leading to casting defects such as cracks, shrinkage cavities, and pores in the castings. The characteristics of the gear pump to continuously and stably transport materials solve this problem! Therefore, in the foundry industry today, most resins and curing agents are added using gear metering pumps.
According to the characteristics of the furan process, the A series polymer polyurethane pump is selected to transport the sulfonic acid curing agent. B series carbon steel pump transports furan resin:
