The stainless steel chemical gear pump is a positive displacement pump. All wetted parts are cast and machined from 304 or 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for handling corrosive, food-grade, and mildly viscous chemical media.
It utilizes high-precision meshing gears to ensure stable suction and discharge with a smooth, pulsation-free flow. An optional heating/cooling jacket design is available to prevent crystallization of low-temperature media or pump blockage caused by the solidification of high-viscosity materials.
It is widely used for media transfer, circulation, and metered dosing across industries such as fine chemicals, personal care products, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and resins/coatings.
