The resin gear metering pump is a precision positive-displacement dosing device designed specifically for high-viscosity chemical resins such as epoxy, polyurethane (PU), AB adhesives, unsaturated resins, and curing agents.

The pump body is available in either alloy tool steel or 304/316 stainless steel, and the gears undergo nitriding, quenching, and precision grinding. It achieves a volumetric metering accuracy of ±0.3%, with flow rate directly proportional to rotational speed; when paired with a variable-frequency drive (VFD) or servo motor, it enables precise control of output volume.

It is widely used for quantitative delivery in applications such as dispensing, potting, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) composite manufacturing, coating, and resin injection production lines.

   Applicable
   Medium- to high-viscosity chemical fluids such as epoxy resins, two-component (A/B) adhesives, polyurethane (PU) resins, unsaturated resins, phenolic resins, hot-melt resins, curing agents, adhesives, inks, color pastes, polymers, and silicone oils.

    

    

   Operation Notice

   Filter resin before pumping to remove hard solid particles to protect gears;

   Jacketed heating model recommended for easily-solidified resin, clean pump cavity regularly after shutdown;

   Suggest operating speed 5–200 RPM, reduce speed for ultra-high viscosity medium to extend service life.
