Stainless Steel High Viscosity Pump

A pair of meshing stainless steel gears are installed in the pump cavity. When the driving gear rotates under power, it drives the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction. On the side where the gears disengage, the volume between the teeth increases, forming a partial vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, high-viscosity media enters the pump cavity from the suction port. As the gears continue to rotate, the media is pushed along the inner wall of the pump body to the other side by the gear teeth. When the gears re-engage, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, the media is squeezed, and finally discharged from the discharge port.

When heating is needed: pass into the jacket through various heat media such as hot steam, thermal oil, etc.
