1. High metering accuracy and precise, controllable proportioning
Gear pumps transport fluids based on the volume changes caused by gear meshing. The displacement is strictly proportional to the rotational speed. In the degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization stages of vegetable oil refining, they can accurately meter the addition of additives such as alkali solution, decolorizing agents, and antioxidants, preventing fluctuations in refined oil quality due to proportioning errors and ensuring that product indicators such as acid value and color remain stable and meet standards.
2. Temperature and corrosion resistant, suitable for complex refining conditions.
The pump body and parts in contact with the material are mostly made of 304/316 stainless steel, which can withstand slight corrosion from acidic and alkaline media during the refining process of vegetable oil, and also resist thermal shock from high-temperature refined oil. It is not prone to rust or scaling, preventing metal ions from contaminating the oil and affecting its quality. The seals are made of food-grade fluororubber or PTFE, which are high-temperature resistant and anti-aging, preventing material leakage and the intrusion of external impurities.
3. Compact structure and convenient maintenance
With its small overall size and light weight, it can be flexibly installed in the narrow spaces of refining production lines and linked with a PLC control system to achieve variable frequency speed control and automatic start/stop. Wear parts such as gears and bearings are easy to disassemble and replace, and routine maintenance only requires periodic replacement of seals and lubricating oil, resulting in short downtime and reduced operating and maintenance costs for the production line.
