The polyurethane adhesive gear metering pump is a high-precision positive-displacement gear pump specifically designed for conveying high-viscosity, easily curing, and corrosive media-such as polyurethane (PU) adhesives, prepolymers, polyols, isocyanates, and AB adhesives. It effectively resolves a series of issues commonly associated with standard pumps, including leakage, wear, clogging due to curing, and inaccurate mixing ratios.

Key Selection: (Specific to PU Applications)
1. Media Composition
    Component A (Polyol / Resin): Select 316L + FKM seals.
    Component B (Isocyanate): Strictly prohibit standard rubber; FFKM/PTFE + 316L materials are mandatory.
    Contains Fillers / Ceramic Powder: Require hardened (quenched) gears (HRC 58+) and increased internal clearances.
2. Viscosity & Temperature
    High Viscosity (>10,000 cP): Select large-displacement pumps, operate at low speeds, and utilize heating jackets.
     Ambient / Hot-Melt: Select standard models or heated/insulated models.
3. Mixing Ratio Accuracy
   Two-Component (A/B) Adhesives: Require two pumps paired with synchronized servo drives to achieve a mixing ratio accuracy of ±1%.
4. Sealing Grade
    General Operating Conditions: Single-face SiC/SiC mechanical seals.
     Highly Toxic / Volatile / Rapid-Curing Media: Double-face mechanical seals or magnetic-drive pumps.
