The working principle of the high precision rotor gear pump is based on the meshing of gears. When the driving gear rotates under the power drive, it drives the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction. On the side where the gears are disengaged, the volume between the teeth increases, forming a local low pressure, and the external liquid is sucked into the pump under the action of atmospheric pressure or system negative pressure. As the gears continue to rotate, the liquid is pushed to the other side along the inner wall of the pump body by the gear teeth. In the area where the gears re-enter the meshing area, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, the liquid is squeezed, and finally discharged from the discharge port. Since the volume of liquid discharged in each gear rotation cycle is basically constant, the flow rate can be precisely controlled by controlling the speed of the gears.
