A high-precision, corrosion-resistant, and leak-proof positive-displacement gear pump specifically designed for conveying isocyanates (such as MDI, TDI, PAPI, etc.). It serves as a core component in production lines for polyurethane (PU) foams, coatings, and adhesives, facilitating precise metering and continuous transfer.

Working Principle (Positive Displacement Metering)
A pair of precisely meshing gears rotates within the pump chamber; on the disengaging side, a vacuum is created to draw in the medium, while on the meshing side, the medium is squeezed out.
The displacement per revolution is fixed, and the flow rate is strictly proportional to the rotational speed; precise metering is achieved by accurately controlling the speed via a variable-frequency drive or servo motor.
