DMA Solvent Gear Metering Pump

The DMA solvent gear metering pump is a precision positive-displacement pump specifically engineered for handling the highly polar organic solvent DMAC (dimethylacetamide). It is designed for precise, quantitative fluid transfer in applications such as chemical reactor feeding, polymer synthesis, spinning processes, and resin production lines.
Given the strong solvency of DMA-which causes standard rubber components to swell-the pump's wetted parts are constructed from 316L stainless steel. The gears and bushings utilize silicon carbide (SiC) or PEEK materials, offering excellent resistance to solvent erosion and wear, thereby ensuring long-term metering accuracy.

For low-viscosity media (approximately 0.92 cPs at room temperature), the pump utilizes a precision gear set with tight clearances to prevent backflow and ensure metering accuracy. Metering precision reaches ±0.3%–±0.5%, with flow rate linearly proportional to rotational speed; driven by servo or variable-frequency drives, the system enables continuous, stable, and precise dosing.
