32 Cc/rev Magnetically Driven Gear Metering Pump
Pump heads are available in a variety of materials, including 304/316L stainless steel and Hastelloy, with sealing options such as FFKM, PTFE, or magnetic couplings. They are suitable for handling media ranging from low to high viscosity. These pumps are ideal for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, volatile, or high-purity chemical substances, making them the preferred choice for applications involving isocyanates, furan resins, hot-melt adhesives, lubricating oils, coatings, slot-die coating, chemical blending, and precise quantitative dosing.
The pumps can be equipped with explosion-proof motors and thermal insulation jackets, and they support flange connections. Featuring a compact design and pulsation-free operation, they are well-suited for continuous, stable, and metered fluid transfer.

FAQ:
Q1: Can a magnetic drive pump lose its magnetism (demagnetize)?
A1: Under normal operating conditions-within the rated temperature range and without dry running-the pump will not lose its magnetism. Dry running for extended periods is strictly prohibited. For high-temperature applications, magnetic components designed for high-temperature environments must be used.
Q2: How is the flow rate adjusted?
A2: Flow rate = 32 cc × rotational speed. Flow rate adjustment is achieved by controlling the rotational speed via a servo motor or a variable-frequency drive (VFD) motor.
