High Temperature Stainless Steel Gear Metering Pump
The high-temperature stainless steel gear metering pump is a positive displacement pump featuring a pump body made of 304/316L stainless steel, making it suitable for high-temperature operating conditions.
It conveys media through volume changes generated by gear meshing, delivering a flow rate that varies linearly with rotational speed and ensuring high metering precision and stability even at high temperatures.
Capable of handling media such as high-temperature resins, hot-melt adhesives, asphalt, high-temperature oils, and heated chemical raw materials, it is widely used in high-temperature processing applications across industries including chemicals, advanced materials, asphalt, coating, chemical fibers, and molecular distillation.

1. Positive Displacement Principle: Flow rate is determined by the volume of the gear tooth spaces; output is minimally affected by pressure fluctuations, ensuring high metering repeatability. Flow can be adjusted by varying rotational speed, making it suitable for automated proportioning systems.

High-Temperature Resistant Stainless Steel Construction: Wetted parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, ensuring structural stability and resistance to thermal deformation at high temperatures.
