Isocyanate Special Gear Pump
Isocyanate special gear pumps are mainly used in the processing for chemcial properties lively, easy to crystallization and liquid with strong ability.
Isocyanate special gear pump Advantages
With special seal structure, pertinence and reliable sealing.
Prevent crystal holding shaft and pump being struck by antifouling spiral groove on the surface for rotor.
The surface of the rotor parts has high hardness and good wear resistance
Typical application
The casting industry: pipe resin Ⅱ
Polyurethane industry: isocyanate(TDI,MDI)
Viscose industry: curing agent
Materials: carbon steel
Stealing :Packing seal
Pressure: 1~70bar(depending upon viscosity)
Viscosity: Up to 10000Cps
