Epoxy Resin Gear Metering Extrusion Pump
Epoxy resin gear metering extrusion pump is a rotary pump that relies on the change and movement of the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gears to transport liquid or increase its pressure.
As a positive displacement pump, the flow rate is only related to the gear speed and pump cavity displacement, and has nothing to do with the outlet pressure (within the rated range). Therefore, it can provide a constant flow rate for metering and mixing epoxy resin (such as proportional delivery with curing agent), with an error of ≤±1%, meeting the process requirements of precision coating, potting, etc.
